We have a strict no smoking policy.
The Management reserves the right to refuse a booking.
A deposit will be required on booking.
Cancellations must be done 14 days prior to the holiday start date. If
the cancellation falls outside the 14 days, the customer will be asked
to pay the full outstanding balance of the booking.
No reductions are made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied
during the booking period including short stays.
Guests wishing to pay by cheque will be required to do so by the
second day of their arrival. A valid bankers card will be asked for.
Accommodation will be ready for occupation from 12 noon on the
of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Insurance - For a modest premium it is possible to effect insurance
cover against unavoidable cancellation.
We do not accept pets.
We have no single room accommodation.
